Although vanadium prices have stabilized at US$30 per kilogram over the past three weeks, the metal still has a volatile price history ranging widely between US$11 and US$90 per kilogram over the past five years. With growing demand and a relatively tight supply, mining companies are searching for potential low-cost vanadium sites in Nevada.
Rocky Mountain Resources reports it has retained the services of Windward Global of Charlotte, North Carolina. Windward will receive a monthly retainer of US$5,000, plus approved expenses.
